6 Days Discover Lake Manyara, Serengeti To Ngorongoro Crater

The tour starts with lunch in Arusha town, later on after lunch, drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Check into your lodge and spend your leisure time sampling optional & recreational activities.

OVERNIGHT: At the Lodge, Lake Manyara

Early in the morning after breakfast, it’s time to do a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingos and other varieties of birdlife.
You will return to the lodge after the game drive, to relax and have lunch. Thereafter you will be transferred to Serengeti National Park, and upon arrival you will be at leisure or go for an evening game drive.

OVERNIGHT: At the Lodge, Lake Manyara

Wake up for breakfast and then join your morning game drive in the endless plains of the Serengeti for a chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. You will be at the lodge for your lunch and then get back to the jungle for an evening game drive where you will be able to see nocturnal species. Return to the lodge for dinner after the night experience of the Serengeti.

OVERNIGHT: At the Lodge, Serengeti

On this day you will depart for yet another morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park, with lunch at the lodge. Thereafter, drive to Olduvai Gorge, an archaeological site of Louis and Mary Leakey’s renowned discoveries, learn about the history of this site and archaeology at large. Their findings include some of the man’s earliest known ancestral remains.
After your lunch at the lodge, continue driving to Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will stay for the night.

OVERNIGHT: At the Lodge in Ngorongoro

Today you will descend 2000ft (0ver 600m) to the floor of the crater for a day crater tour with picnic lunches. Explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you may see the flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food.

OVERNIGHT: At the Lodge in Ngorongoro

After breakfast, your driver guide will be ready to conduct your transfer back to Arusha town. Enjoy your Lunch in Arusha. This will mark the end of your Safari.
