Transfer To Murchison Falls National Park With Stopover At Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Our Driver/Guide will meet you at the airport and start driving you to Murchison Falls National Park. Count on traveling for about 5 hours. Stopovers will be made en route to Twelve Days. Stretch your muscles, take it easy, or simply enjoy the landscape on a safari in Uganda. You will stop at the Ziwa rhino refuge first before entering the park. One of the best sites to visit in Uganda is this. Aside from the Uganda Wildlife Education Center, this is the only location in Uganda where visitors can see rhinos. Due to hunting and civil strife in the 1980s, wild rhinos became extinct. The government established the rhino sanctuary with assistance from international wildlife

There were initially only five rhinos at the sanctuary, but there are now more than 25. A local Ranger will lead you as you watch them graze and listen to their life tales.

You will drive to Masindi town for lunch after viewing the rhinos, and then continue to Murchison Falls National Park. When you get in the park, you can climb to the top of the falls to get a bird's-eye perspective of the impressive and well-known Murchison falls. Later in the evening, after snapping pictures and admiring the surroundings of the falls, you will return to your lodge.

Murchison Falls National Park Game Drive And Boat Cruise Along The Victoria Nile

Get up early, eat breakfast, and then embark on a game drive along the Nyamsiki track. Seek out animals including lions, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, wildebeests, reedbucks, warthogs, antelopes, buffaloes, leopards, and birds while on the game drive. In the entire park, Nyamsiki has the largest concentration of animals (12 days Uganda trip). Expect to have lunch at the lodge in the afternoon since the game drive lasts about 3 hours. You'll drive to the Paraa port after lunch to board a boat for a trip along the Victoria Nile. One of the most well-liked activities in the park is a boat ride along the Nile.

You can see animals including Nile crocodiles, hippos, waterbucks, birds, elephants, and buffaloes on the riverbanks while traveling by boat. Tourists are treated with a spectacular view of the Murchison and the lesser Uhuru falls as the boat travels upstream. Around 5 o'clock in the afternoon, the boat excursion comes to an end, and you return to your lodge for refreshments and a rest.

Transfer To Kibale National Park

You will depart from Murchison Falls National Park after breakfast and begin your drive to Kibale National Park. Although the drive is lengthy, there is a lot to see, so you won't get bored. Expect to avoid a lot of things, including trading posts, schools, lakes, rivers, the Bunyoro oil fields, and forests. You can either wait until you reach Fort Portal or have lunch in Hoima town. You will tour Fort Portal and go to the King of Toro's palace while you are there. It is the hub of Uganda's tourism industry and regarded as one of the country's cleanest cities.

Chimpanzee Tracking Experience In Kibale – Visiting Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary

You will travel to the Kibale Forest headquarters early in the morning for a briefing on chimpanzee tracking. With five habituated chimpanzee groups, Kibale is home to roughly 1500 chimpanzees. Transfer To Queen Elizabeth National Park – Visit The Katwe Salt Mines

12 day safari in Uganda After breakfast, you'll leave for the Kasese area, where Queen Elizabeth National Park is located, around dawn. You will avoid the Rwenzori mountain ranges, also referred to as the "mountains of the moon," on your way to Kasese. You will have the chance to see its glaciers and snow-covered summits from a distance. After arriving in Queen Elizabeth National Park, you will eat lunch at your hotel. You will go to the Katwe salt mines and explosion craters in the late afternoon.

Kasenyi Plains Game Drive – Kazinga Channel Launch Cruise

You'll get up and eat breakfast on this day before going for a game drive over the Kasenyi plains. There are many different animals to keep an eye out for on the Kasenyi plains, including elephants, elands, topis, Uganda kobs, lions, hyenas, leopards, mongoose, and a wide range of bird species. It is a fantastic location to observe most of Africa's well-known animals during a 12-day Uganda wildlife tour. The 3-hour game travel comes to an early afternoon conclusion. As you get ready for the afternoon boat ride at Kazinga Channel, which divides Lake Edward from Lake George, you will return to your lodge for lunch after it is over.

A boat ride will depart from Lake Edward in the afternoon and travel through the Kazinga channel, which is home to an astounding variety of crocodiles, hippos, and other aquatic species. It will then enter Lake George. After that, turn around to see more wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, water bucks, and various bird species. Nature Walk In Maramagambo Forest And Game Drive In The Afternoon

Get up early, then complete your breakfast. You will be taken to the park offices by the office driver, where you can sign up for a guided nature walk through the Maramagambo forest. One of Uganda's largest forests is the Maramagambo forest. The black and white colobus, red-tailed monkeys, baboons, chimpanzees, l'hoest monkeys, bush babies, and pottos are just a few of the primate species that call it home. Additionally, one can see numerous birds, reptiles, and butterflies. Pythons and bats can be seen in the jungle. Numerous savanna mammals graze in the woodland. The park ranger leads the nature walk, which lasts between one and three hours.

You will drive back to your accommodation for lunch and a relaxation after the nature walk is finished. Spotting Tree Climbing Lions In Ishasha – Travel To Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Following breakfast, you will depart from the hotel and go to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will go through the Ishasha sector as you depart Queen Elizabeth National Park. 12 day journey to the best of Uganda The Ishasha district is a well-known location for lions that climb trees. After their morning hunt, lions are often seen napping on fig trees. We all know that lions live on the ground, however these particular lions prefer to sleep atop trees. Researchers believe they do this to avoid crawling insects or to monitor prey from above. You will continue your journey via Kihihi to south-western Uganda after spending an hour watching. Before moving on to your ultimate goal, you could stop for lunch at Kihihi town. Expect to arrive in Bwindi early enough to rest and be ready for the following day's gorilla trek.

Bwindi Gorilla Trekking Expedition – Community Visit Of The Batwa

You will get up early, eat breakfast, and then travel right to the park's administrative center for a briefing on the guidelines for gorilla trekking. You will be assigned to a specific gorilla troop before beginning the climb under the 12 days Uganda wildlife tourstewardship of Park Rangers after your gorilla permits have been verified in the system. You'll need to look for the gorillas for anything from one to four hours. Long hikes can be exhausting, but they are worthwhile since seeing a gorilla family is an unforgettable experience. Drive To Lake Mburo National Park – Night Game Drive

Wake up whenever suits you, then eat breakfast before leaving. Later in the morning or in the middle of the day, the driver will depart for Lake Mburo National Park. You will travel through the gently rolling hills and lush vegetation of the Kigezi region as you depart Bwindi. Be on the lookout for other breathtaking views of the Rwenzori Mountains, lakes, rivers, and other wonderful natural features. Morning Game Viewing And Boat Cruise At Lake Mburo

12 days of the best safari in Uganda As you wait for the guide to take you on the morning game drive in Lake Mburo National Park, get up early and have breakfast. The smallest savanna park in Uganda, Lake Mburo National Park has a wide range of species and breathtaking landscapes. It is home to the most antelope in Uganda and is one of only two national parks where zebras can be seen. Additionally, it is one of the few national parks in Uganda where domestic and wild animals coexist. Animals like oribi, buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, elands, and topis may be seen in Lake Mburo National Park. After a three-hour game drive through the park, you'll return to the lodge.

Due to the presence of crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, waterbucks, and other antelope species along the eastern lake edges, this is where most of the action will take place. Morning Game Drive (Horseback, Quad Bike Or Walking) – Return To Entebbe Or Kampala

12 days trip to Uganda The driver will get you up early in the morning to take you on your last nature experience. You have the option of using a horse, a quad bike, or walking as transportation rather than a typical tour van. Other national parks in Uganda do not provide this experience because it is unique. You will begin your return trip to Entebbe with a stop at the renowned equator crossing in Kayabwe after one final exploration of the park. Taking pictures at the equator mark and purchasing trinkets from the artisan shop to bring home are the two primary activities at the equator crossing. Before traveling to Kampala city and subsequently Entebbe for departure, a meal will be had close to the equator.
